Slow Cook Meat Box

Our Slow Cook Meat Box includes diced meat for stews and casseroles, sausages for breakfast or supper and mince – you can’t go wrong with some lean mince. Why not mix the Pork & Beef mince together – this is the basis of a wonderful Spaghetti Bolognese. We’ve also included –  2 Free Range Chicken Paupiettes, butterflied chicken stuffed with Toulouse and Herbes de Provence flavoured Pork sausagemeat (gluten free). Simply roast in the oven for 45 minutes for a mid week treat (approx 700gm). And 4 Crepinettes – seasoned Pork mince wrapped in caul fat, delicious served with a tomato sauce.

 

Our Slow Cook Meat Box includes :

2 x 0.5 kg diced Beef chuck

2 x 0.5 kg diced Large Black Pork shoulder

2 x Free Range Chicken Paupiette, stuffed with Toulouse Pork sausagemeat with Herbes de Provence (gluten free, approx 700gm)

2 x packs of Breakfast Sausage (made with a gluten free crumb) – if you would prefer one of our Italian style sausages or french style sausages please add this in the notes at the checkout. (approx 1kg)

1 x 4 Crepinettes – minced Pork seasoned with white wine and parsley, wrapped in caul fat. Gluten Free.

1 x pack of dry cured middle Bacon (8 rashers)

4 x 0.5 kg minced Beef

2 x 0.5 kg minced Pork
