Sausage Box

Our sausages are made from Free Range Pork and Lamb – whatever is in season this week. Great for a range of different meals including BBQ. Our sausage box  contains the following sausages :

Pork

6 each of the following :

Breakfast – a plain Pork sausage

Cumberland – simply seasoned with sage, salt & pepper – the most popular sausage in the UK.

Fennel Seed & Garlic – Italian style – great crumbled in a tomato sauce with pasta

Toulouse – classic French cassoulet sausage, made with white wine & garlic

Berrichonne – the recipe comes from the Loire, it is very savoury made with sauteed onion, garlic and parsley (contains Onion)

Black truffle & artichoke pesto – if you like truffle you’ll love these !

Lamb

12 Merguez – made in chipolata skins, they are packed with Moroccan spices and Harissa

 

All of our sausages contain preservative E221. The breakfast and cumberland sausages contain a gluten free crumb. There are no binders used in the other sausages. We only use natural skins.
