Quarter of a Free Range Pig in a box
We butcher half a side of one of our free range Large Black / Large White cross pigs to produce some great value Pork boxes. Use our selection boxes below to choose how you would like the meat prepared.
Approximate weight 15kg. Price includes delivery
- 1 large boneless Shoulder joint (approx 2.5kg) – or 2 medium sized joints
- 1 large boneless Leg joint (approx 2.5kg) – or 2 medium sized joints
Also choose from:
- Loin – 10 Pork Chops OR an 8 bone Rack
- Belly piece on the bone – 1 large piece or cut in half
- Sausages – 5 packs of 6 Breakfast Sausages or choose “MIX”. We will add 5 packs of our speciality sausages to the box (the mix will be subject to availability) including fennel seed & garlic and toulouse. All of our sausages are gluten free and contain preservative E221.
- 1 pack of 8 rashers middle cut unsmoked bacon
- 1 pack of 8 rashers middle cut smoked bacon
