We use pork trim and remove excess fat before mincing. Pork mince can be used to make great pasta dishes, why not try Pork lasagne or bolognese. It is also great for making burgers. Or why not make your own sausages ? It’s great experimenting with different ingredients. If you want to have a go at making sausages let us know so we can make sure there is enough fat in the mix.
