Lamb Chops
Choose either a pack of 2 Barnsley chops or 4 single chops
The loin of the lamb is cut in half and then sliced on the bone with the fillet left in place. Lamb chops are a classic – whether you prefer to grill, roast or casserole them they have bags of flavour and as one of the best cuts of Lamb are very tender.
With the Barnsley chop, the whole loin of the lamb is sliced on the bone with the fillet left in place. Again, great to grill, roast or casserole.
