We make our own ! We rehydrate Pig’s blood to make our own Black Pudding, with a little onion and some herbs (a little influence from a Boudin Noir) and oatmeal. We use a natural case, not plastic. Fry a few slices with some of our dry cured bacon & breakfast sausages – all you need are some eggs for the perfect breakfast.
