Using both traditional and French influenced cutting techniques we hand make all of our delicious sausages, along with special experiments that truly make the most of our meats.  We combine all of this with our fabulously knowledgeable and friendly approach to serving you the best meat possible. This shop truly is a carnivore’s paradise.

We are not your average butchers’s shop. We also sell vintage french culinary equipment ranging from Le Creuset pans to double damask napkins.

Thursday & Friday : 9:00 – 16:00

Saturday : 9.00 – 13.00
