l Electrical Requirements - We require a 32 amp supply.
- If required to cook using electricity we need 2 x 32 amp supply.
- All equipment is PAT tested by L X Trix Ltd.
Water Requirements - Close access to a standpipe but do not require a direct connection.
Local Authority Registration - Mendip District Council - Hygiene rating 5.
HACCP used as our documented Food Safety Management System.
All staff trained by the Safer Food Group in Food Safe Handling.
