Who We Are
Thoroughly Wild Meat are a small family business. Andrew & Lavinia Moore set up the Thoroughly Wild Meat Company in 2003 with the aim of producing the highest quality meat using an old fashioned approach to butchery. Andrew runs the butchery whilst Lavinia has her own catering business. We work closely with a small number of farms producing meat of an unparalled quality and winning many awards.
